CANCELLATION POLICY
At Lashin’ Out, we do understand that sometimes things happen. However, there is a cancellation policy in place that is enforced. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Same day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service with the card on file. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service with the card on file.
